ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Monitor public folders, invoicing program and pull appropriate technician documentation
  • Verify vendor invoices for accuracy
  • Attach required documents and process Service Orders for invoicing
  • Review technician Service paperwork to confirm Service is completed and correct
  • Responsible for work order processing to support the coordination teams
  • Matching reports, obtaining missing information and verifying times
  • Productivity will be a major focus for this position with a processing average of 60 work orders per day. This is subject to change based on company need and metrics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Ability to read and translate hand-written technical notes, correcting grammar, giving a common language report of the completed service and enter into CRM system.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to all team members and levels within the organization.


REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram
form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Repetitive motions sitting at a keyboard
  • Sitting for prolonged period of time
  • Climbing stairs and walking to other offices
  • Ability to lift, pull, grasp, stoop and reach to utilize 4-drawer file cabinets.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 15 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the team member occasionally works near moving mechanical parts inside the warehouse environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. It includes office equipment, such as, phones, computers, and printer/copy machines.
