  • Review, Invoice, and Bill Re-Orders on CRM and Navision.
  • Review, Invoice, and Bill Services on CRM and Navision.
  • Review, Invoice and Bill Installs on CRM and Navision.
  • Submit Sales Invoices to customers through portals and non-portals timely.
  • Research and Confirm Sales Invoices submitted on Portals are approved via Portal Analysis.
  • Resolve Invoice and Billing issues encountered on Portal Platforms.

Address Customer Invoice Inquiries and fulfill invoice requests by customers.

  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities within CRM and Billing Portals.


  • Comply with company and department Policies & Procedures.
  • Assist with design and documentation of Internal Controls.
  • Maintain organized supporting files - period close, reconciliations, journal entries, regulatory (both online/shared and hard-copy files).

  • AA degree in Accounting; BA/BS degree in Accounting preferred.
  • 1 to 3 Years of Experience in AP Specifically having Basic AP Accounting Knowledge.
  • Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to all team members and levels within the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Repetitive motions and routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers/scanners and filing cabinets

  • Sitting at a desk for prolonged periods at a time.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

While performing the duties of this job, the team member occasionally works near moving mechanical parts inside the warehouse environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. It includes office equipment, such as, phones, computers, and printer/copy machines.
