How Face Matching Technology Works 

As individuals enter, the FaceFirst software creates a proprietary face template that cannot be used outside of the FaceFirst system.

If an individual harms or threatens your employees, customers, or business, your authorized users add that individual to your private enrollment database. If that individual returns to any of your locations, FaceFirst instantly sends a probable match notification to your authorized recipients. Each notification shows the live face image beside the enrollment face image, plus a five-second video to facilitate human review and decision-making.

Each probable match event also includes your policy-driven response guidance, such as “provide customer service” or “do not approach—call law enforcement.”
