ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS; but not limited to:

  • Interface with prospective and current customers to execute sales strategies and be accountable for results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our loss prevention solutions, with clear articulation of the multiple levels of ROI that our solutions will deliver.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Effectively highlight how these additional products and services can add value to the customer’s organization and enhance ROI.
  • Lead and manage sales effort on assigned account to execute goals with pricing, subscriptions and responses to RFPs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to develop needed business materials. Execute on marketing and business development initiatives including social media and trade events
  • Provide internal follow-up debriefing on pitch opportunities and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with account management, product, technical, and customer service teams to ensure that the solutions sold to customers are implemented effectively and deliver the expected ROI.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to management.
  • Confidence to purposely drive toward results while constantly problem-solving for our customers.
  • Make recommendations to business goals and metrics regarding the group’s overall market share, peer rankings and cross-selling priorities.
  • Identify and recommend other opportunities for increasing the group’s profile among potential clients.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer skills, including software used in this office (Navision, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet)
  • Accuracy in scheduling and maintaining calendars, tracking report information, calculating certain metrics.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • 4 years loss prevention sales preferred.
  • Retail experience required.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of job.
