Lauderhill, FL
Sec. 10-7. Placing, sweeping, scattering, littering, or dumping prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any person to place, sweep, scatter, litter, dump or cause to be placed, swept, scattered, littered, or dumped, any garbage, trash, or litter in or upon any street, sidewalk, alley, canal, watercourse, vacant lot, city park or city property of any kind or upon any improved property, within the limits of the city.
